Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and wallet credits for EchoProxies, operated by KELLER WARDLE LIMITED. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Digital delivery
Proxy services are digital and are typically delivered automatically and immediately after payment is confirmed. Because access is granted instantly, orders are generally non-refundable once delivered, except as set out below or as required by law.
2. When we may refund or credit
We review requests case by case and may issue a refund or wallet credit where:
- An order was charged but not delivered, or could not be provisioned;
- You were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same order;
- A purchased product was materially non-functional and we were unable to resolve it after you contacted support within a reasonable time of purchase.
3. When we will not refund
- Orders terminated for violations of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy;
- Change of mind after the proxies have been used or substantially used;
- Blocks, bans, or CAPTCHAs imposed by target websites, which are outside our control;
- Losses caused by your misconfiguration or misuse.
4. Wallet credits
Funds added to your wallet are prepaid credit for use within the Services. Wallet credit is generally non-withdrawable and has no cash value beyond use on the platform. Where we approve a refund, we may issue it as wallet credit or to the original payment method at our discretion.
5. Cryptocurrency payments
Cryptocurrency transactions are final once confirmed on-chain and cannot be reversed by us. Approved refunds of crypto payments may be issued as wallet credit, or in cryptocurrency at prevailing value; we are not responsible for exchange-rate movements or network fees.
6. Cancellation & renewals
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time from your order page; this stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Active orders run until the end of their paid term unless terminated for a policy violation.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact billing@echoproxies.com before disputing a charge — we want to resolve issues directly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of your account and balance.
8. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in New Zealand, nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded.
