Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of the EchoProxies services, operated by KELLER WARDLE LIMITED ("EchoProxies", "we"). It supplements our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities.
1. Your responsibility
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and proxy credentials, including by anyone you permit to use them. You must comply with all applicable laws and with the terms and policies of any website, platform, or network you access through the Services.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not use the Services to engage in, facilitate, or attempt any of the following. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive:
Illegal & harmful
- Any activity illegal under New Zealand law or the laws applicable to you or your target.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexually exploiting minors — zero tolerance; reported to the New Zealand Police / Department of Internal Affairs.
- Fraud, scams, carding, identity theft, or money laundering.
- Sale or distribution of illegal goods, weapons, or controlled substances.
Security & network abuse
- Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data; credential stuffing, brute-forcing, account takeover, or bypassing authentication.
- Denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, network flooding, or unauthorized scanning/probing of third-party systems.
- Distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, exploits, or phishing kits.
Messaging & content
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages (contrary to the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 or other anti-spam law).
- Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or hate speech.
- Infringing intellectual property, trade secrets, or privacy rights.
Platform & trust abuse
- Circumventing, reselling, or sublicensing the Services other than as permitted.
- Evading sanctions or transacting with sanctioned or denied parties.
- Activity that harms our infrastructure, upstream providers, or other customers.
3. Lawful data collection
Proxies are commonly used for legitimate purposes such as web data collection, ad verification, brand protection, market research, QA, and security testing of systems you are authorized to test. You are responsible for ensuring your activities are lawful in your jurisdiction and the target's, including compliance with applicable terms, robots restrictions where legally required, and data-protection laws.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, and withhold funds connected to prohibited activity. We may disclose information and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and from our upstream providers.
