Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under the laws of United States or any other applicable jurisdiction, or if you appear on any sanctions or denied-party list. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts with false, incomplete, or fraudulent information.
• You may not share, resell, or transfer your account or proxy credentials except as expressly permitted, and you may not operate multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or pricing.
• Notify us immediately at support@echoproxies.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. The Services

EchoProxies provides access to residential, ISP, datacenter, and mobile proxy products sourced from upstream providers, together with an account dashboard, wallet billing, automated delivery, and support. Different products are delivered differently:

• Rotating products (residential, mobile) are delivered as gateway access; specific IP addresses are dynamic and are not guaranteed to remain constant.
• Static products (ISP, datacenter) are delivered as a fixed list of credentials for the duration of the order.

Proxy availability, locations, speed, and IP pools depend on upstream providers and network conditions and may change. We do not guarantee that any specific IP address, subnet, location, or success rate against any particular destination will be available or will remain available.

4. Orders & pricing

• Prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time; the price shown at the time of purchase applies to that order.
• Digital proxy services are typically delivered automatically after payment is confirmed. Order duration, quantity limits, and renewal terms are shown on each product.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase that are not collected by us.
• We may decline, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Wallet & payments

• You may add funds to a prepaid wallet and use the balance to pay for orders and renewals. Wallet funds are not a deposit account, earn no interest, and have no cash value beyond their use within the Services.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, cryptocurrency payment processors). We do not store full payment instrument details. Your use of a payment provider is subject to that provider's terms.
• Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on-chain. You are responsible for sending the correct amount, asset, and network.
• You authorize us to debit your wallet for orders, renewals (including automatic renewals you enable), and any amounts owed for use of the Services.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms and policies of any website, platform, or network you access through the Services. You are solely responsible for your activity and the activity of anyone you allow to use your access.

7. Prohibited activities

You may not use the Services to engage in, facilitate, or attempt any of the following. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive:

• Any activity that is illegal under United States law or the laws applicable to you or your target.
• Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data; credential stuffing, account takeover, brute-forcing, or bypassing authentication or security controls.
• Denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, network flooding, port scanning of third parties without authorization, or other network abuse.
• Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, or phishing; fraud, carding, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or violating applicable anti-spam law — for example, the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors — zero tolerance; such activity will be reported to authorities.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, or distribution of content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Circumventing, reselling, or sublicensing the Services in breach of these Terms, or using the Services to compete with our upstream providers in violation of their terms.

We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and may report illegal activity.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your account, wallet balance, or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including for: violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; suspected fraud or abuse; chargeback or payment-dispute activity; non-payment; risk to our network, upstream providers, or other customers; or as required by law. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice. Funds associated with prohibited or fraudulent activity may be withheld.

9. Refunds & chargebacks

• Because proxy services are digital and delivered immediately, orders are generally non-refundable once delivered. Refund or credit requests are reviewed case by case via billing@echoproxies.com.
• No refunds or credits are provided for orders terminated due to violations of these Terms.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of your account and balance. Contact us first — we want to help.

10. Availability & third parties

The Services depend on upstream proxy providers, payment processors, and hosting and network infrastructure. We provide the Services on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific speeds, or success against any destination. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages, or policies of third-party providers or of the destinations you connect to.

11. Intellectual property

The EchoProxies name, brand, website, dashboard, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ANY IP, LOCATION, OR RESULT WILL BE AVAILABLE.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECHOPROXIES AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EchoProxies and its affiliates and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Services at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of WYOMING and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and EchoProxies submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in WYOMING for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, and waive any objection to venue there. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer-protection law. Where permitted, any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and you and EchoProxies waive any right to a class or representative action.
