Fair Usage Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Fair Usage Policy ensures the EchoProxies network, operated by KELLER WARDLE LIMITED, stays fast and reliable for everyone. It applies especially to plans described as offering "unlimited" bandwidth, connections, or requests.
1. Reasonable use
"Unlimited" means there is no fixed numeric cap under normal, good-faith use — not that resources are infinite. We expect usage consistent with typical legitimate workloads for the plan you purchased.
2. What is not fair use
- Sustained usage that is grossly disproportionate to comparable customers on the same plan;
- Activity that degrades performance or stability for other customers or our upstream providers;
- Opening excessive concurrent connections beyond what your use reasonably requires;
- Automated patterns designed to abuse, overload, or game the Services;
- Any use that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. What we may do
If your usage materially affects the network or others, we may contact you, apply temporary rate-limiting or shaping, ask you to move to a more suitable plan, or suspend access in serious or repeated cases. We will act proportionately and, where practical, give notice first.
4. Questions
If you expect high-volume usage, talk to us first at support@echoproxies.com so we can recommend the right plan.
